READY TO ARRANGE AND VASE ARRANGEMENTS
Deliveries are made before 9am, traffic conditions dependant. We are not able to guarantee exact delivery timings. Delivery days may be subject to change.
We currently deliver to the following postcodes on Fridays:
Central Cambridge, CB10, CB11, CB21, CB22, CB23 and SG8.
At present, we do not offer a collection option.
Please inform us of a safe place where your order can be left and that this is dry and protected. Items left in safe places are done so at the customer’s own risk.
In the case of Ready to Arrange flower deliveries, a bucket of water is to be left in this safe place on the morning of delivery. Flowers will be dropped straight into the buckets for contactless delivery. In the event that no bucket is placed outside, a temporary bucket will be provided. Please leave the temporary bucket outside for collection on the following delivery date. (If a bucket is not returned, we will invoice you £10 per bucket).
Orders must be placed by 6pm Tuesday to ensure they are added to the week’s cutting list.
Any orders placed after this will be added to the following week's list.
All our flowers and foliage have been naturally grown by Anna and Cissy, and cut, conditioned and delivered according to our Flower Standard (please refer toOur Standard for more information).
We do not offer returns on flowers. If you are unhappy with your flowers, please contact us as soon as possible with a photograph of the flowers so that we can review the situation.
For the longest vase life, flowers must be kept in cool conditions, out of draughts, direct sunlight, away from hot radiators and ripening fruit. Change water in vases daily. To minimise contamination of the water due to naturally-occurring bacteria, remove all foliage that lies below the water line and ensure vases are clean. Flowers must not be left out of water. All our flowers will have been freshly cut and carefully conditioned prior to you receiving them.
We do not accept responsibility for any deterioration in their condition as a result of damage in transit, storage conditions or lack of sufficient hydration.
Please leave details of a ‘safe’ place to leave your flowers if you are out when we deliver. This should be protected from direct sun, rain and wind. Flowers left in ‘safe’ places are done so at the customer’s own risk.
We reserve the right to adapt designs according to seasonal availability and weather conditions and cannot guarantee specific varieties or colours. On the rare occasions that an item is unavailable we will replace with the nearest possible substitute.
Please be aware that the photographs in our online shop are intended only to provide an indication of size, style and colour and that these may vary depending on seasonal availability and weather conditions.
